Rays take the series against the Tigers with a crazy win.

Next up this month are the Astros, which will be a challenge, the Orioles who won't have their stud closer, and the Bad News Blue Jays.

Sorry Bucfan but the Rays will most likely be just a game out of first in the AL East by month's end. I know it pains you to hear that.

based on what? I enjoy when they win and don't pile up losses as they did vs NYY and Boston - odd, you post that they're playing a challenging schedule yet still predict being 1 gm back.....

Nice sweep. Tigers have some awful defensive play, but the Rays will gladly accept their generosity.....

Based on 90% of your posts regarding the Rays being negative. I've honestly read more positive comments from Boston and New York fans than you. If I go back a couple seasons I bet I can provide links to well over 100 negative comments to every ONE positive, from you. A supposed Rays fan.

The Orioles are who the Rays are chasing and they are without their closer. I'm basically predicting the Rays will take 2 out of 3 from them, and not sweep or lose the series.

I just scanned the three pages of this thread, and you're wrong.

The real problem, I have with the Rays, is why most of the games are at night. We in Tampa Bay need many more day games, starting at 1pm. It should be 90% day games and 10% night games.

Worker Bees buy tickets, kids go to school, old timers watch on TV.

Rays are hittin' fools. Lots of HRs this season......at today's game.
