Hey we’re neighbors. Isn’t it nice when you pass over the bridge at Patrician Point – everything get really calm and peaceful. It quiet - pride of ownership runs high regardless if you’re on the water or not. Great place to enjoy the environment!

Yes, things definitely calm down once you get past 1st Street, onto 40th Ave. And there are a whole lot more trees now than there was 10 years ago, which makes the environment much more pleasant.

So, do you live in Venetian Isle? That is a really nice neighborhood, slightly higher on the scale then Shore Acres, LOL.

Anyway, all of the NE neighborhoods, Snell Isle, Venetian Isle, Pondorosa Shores, Shore Acres, etc., have a much calmer atmosphere than the rest of Pinellas County. It certainly is easy to just want to stay home all the time, and never leave your little island Well, that is until there's a hurricane headed your way, but, that's a different story. And, since the prices of homes have gone up, if we ever decided to sell, we couldn't afford to move anywhere near here. We would probably have to go north... way north.

Anyway, there certainly is a lot to enjoy, when you have the time

May I ask... is Club Chalet at 7880 54th Ave N in a safe area? I am considering purchasing a double wide in this resident owned 55+ lifestyle park. I am a single female. TY
