I will just have to wait and see when we close on a house this summer I will go up to the school and talk to them...

I know Swimmom, I know. It's unbelievable what's going on. Homes are (and condos) are selling in less than a week.

I kid you not, we found 2 homes on Realtor.com I called my Realtor I looked later that evening and POOF it was already Pending..I really don't get it...we don't have a time frame that we have to be back in NJ so we will stay and see what is around and then once we find it we will head back...

At the very list SM, you can rent for a bit? Lots of those that seem to be ok for temp, 1 to 3 months. Not ideal, I know, but easier than NY/NJ IME.

How exciting and lucky you. You've settled on an area you like?

it is very exciting and for alot of reasons this time more than last time

We are looking in WC, LOL, New Tampa, Trinity but I only seem to like 1 Development so we will see...and Palm Harbor...I think Palm Harbor might be a little too old for us regarding the homes, we would like something built no earlier than 2002 on up...Since we will have time to explore we would like to get more familiar with some of the areas..if we dont find anything this trip we will go back in June or when my hubby is there and something comes on the market I will have him and our friends go and take a look at it as he will be traveling back and forth until we are there permanently...
