Pretty good area, but getting clogged with bad traffic as the area around 54 is building up at a insane rate. 54 has become a parking lot in the AM and has gotten much worse the last 9 years. Gunn highway is also seeing much more traffic and needs to have more lanes added.

It's in the middle of nowhere while being surrounded by a bunch of areas that are taking off. It comes off to me like you'd be driving for quite a bit to get to a grocery store. Lutz is to the east, Trinity/New Port Richey/Wesley Chapel to the north, Citrus Park to the south, and Tarpon Springs to the west.

Some nice 1 mil $ homes on lakes on Gunn highway. Much better area than west Pasco for sure. I used to hunt doves in the orange groves back in 1975 in that area.

pretty much any good area will have traffic so it would be nice to have to not travel so much. Trinity is nice but traveling is what you will do to do most shopping.

Yes that is correct..Where we are looking in Trinity there is alot of shopping I dont love that the mall is so far lol but I guess its fine for other things

the only close to me now in NJ is supermarkets restaurants and one mall but we find we drive 30-40 minutes for other stores we like or restaurants that we like as well

We are used to traffic..and my husband doesn't have to commute
