The gentleman who picks up those signs has been reported before and has been found to be doing nothing wrong.
The posting of the signs in the ROW is against county code and what he is doing is what code enforcement should be doing.
For those that think it should be allowed then why not just let every company throw a sign up at every intersection also.
As Songbird stated, it is unsightly and most certainly at times blocks the view. Another problem is the people that have the yard sales or other signs up always seem to forget to go pick them up so we now have a trash problem.

I understand that it will be a mess if every corner has signs. But near Bridgewater there are not many signs even before this man was taken them and for a neighborhood with such a huge problem and having people with such a financial burden, I have symphaty and hope this commuity will blossom sooner than later. If signs can help than I'm in favor of allowing them.

If you say that there are not that many, then how many is too many? Who says where they are allowed? If you make allowances one time you will need to make them 1,000 times.
The nieghborhood problems have nothing to do with the issue. This is a code enforcement issue.

Well I'm not in the governement neither in law enforcement, but this man is only taken away the signs on the route he drives every day. The signs that are located the other direction on SR 54 are staying much longer and to me this is unfair to this troubled neighbor hood. I rather have no signs for all or signs for all not 1 man taken whatever signs he wants.

There he was again today and today victim was a KB homes sign. I guess this man has a heart since he left the sign for a lost dog, standing near the road. There are also a couple of trailers for sale down that road and it seems that he doesn't want to take their for sale signs put at similar spots as other sign. What could be the difference. I know their is a fair housing act, it seems not a fair signs act.lol

bb, I'm waiting on you to stop and ask him what he's doing and why. I hope you do and let us know. Wish I could be invisible and see it all play out.

I'm still thinking about doing that. But the guy looks not really like a talker. Maybe one of these days.....I will keep you updated. Maybe I should start asking for who he is working or what his reason for doing taken the signs is and why only this area. Maybe the gas prices are too high to drive further?

Sounds like someone that needs a lot of space/distance. In Tampa, not everyone is approachable, from what I understand. Proceed w/ caution, if you dare *wink.
