As someone who's from NYC this is what i normally considered this place to be never stepping foot here, now i finally had the chance to visit and i must say wow this place is beautiful, clean and not sure if i saw or ran into any potholes, sure its hot as heck but that's FL... i had the opportunity to check out many different neighborhoods including downtown and the beach area, overall it was a nice change of scenery from the everyday NYC life and nooowwww i have this place on my ineedtogGTFO of nyc list, one thing i didnt like was the fact everything closes so damn early i mean 9 pm on a Friday Wendy's dine in area is closed????

Not everything closes early. The heat gets to you and you take the beauty of the marinas, beaches, water for granted. But I know what hit man is talking about. It's nice that the depressing big city life and all that goes with it hasn't really taken over down here.......we have areas with traffic, unsightly strip malls, and poor community development.....so there's some give and take......

We've then seen 99% of them start complaining, usually about something small at first. Wages aren't as high as they were "back home."
