I'm looking for reasonably priced condos (150-200) in the South Tampa, Harbour Island, SoHo, Hyde Park Area

I've found Harbour Place City Homes and Grand Central at Kennedy which I love, but they're too expensive...

Where else can I look? Any good websites?

Most condos here are condo conversions-meaning they were apartment communites. I would not invest in them since they were not meant to be condos and are built differently.

You can check out these sites though:

Tampa Condos - New Condos For Sale & Rentals in Tampa, FL

Just make sure to ask if these are condo conversions...

I hope this helps!

Harbour Island looks like a great place, but HOA are steeper, and probably will rise over time. There's a lot to know about buying condos - especially added costs, what's included in HOA (building insurance), various limitations/rules of the associations, etc.

Thanks for the links, mquintana. Very useful.
