I am new to Tampa but I like roads full of shops going down. I have been to Orlando and I have seen the road called Orange Blossom Trail. The road has plenty on shops going down the road and me persoanly I prefer living near roads like that. If anyone can tell me about any roads like this in Tampa that would be great. Thanks

Well, for the portion of shops like OBT, that would be Dale Mabry in Tampa, south of the stadium, or north of Busch Blvd. as for the other thing OBT is famous for, that would be Florida Ave or Nebraska Ave, all of it.

For the shops: Dale Mabry
For the hookers/drug dealers: Nebraska.

Nebraska hardly as big as OBT (Orange Blossom trail). I would say Nebraska resembles Biscayne Blvd in Miami, menus the new Skyscrapers.

To be fair, the bottom end of OBT does have the Florida Mall. As for a Tampa impostor of that... There are shopping centers that are higher end in Tampa to be sure (at very least Intl Plaza, possibly others), but that one is actually sorta unique in the number of unique shops there. Orlando's a unique beast in that you'll find an M&M World, Crayola Experience, American Girl Place, etc. all there, plus, their food court is one of the better mall ones there is, if nothing else because of Meson Sandwiches (Puerto Rican sandwich shop, maybe the only one on the mainland?) and La Madeleine French Bakery. Good combination.

As for the other part, isn't Tampa like a national capital for gentleman's clubs and such? Can't say I've taken part as I'm happily married, but I would have to imagine if that is the side you are looking for, you have options for that, too.

They have a El Meson Sandwiches shop? Oh God, another reason to frequent Orlando. I use to eat there a lot while stuck in Mayaquez, PR.

Yes Tampa I think has the most per capita of gentlemen clubs in the USA (or use too). But they are scattered and I think most of the well known and most in general are near the NFL Bucs stadium lol....
