got in a short run, a little biking, and some hurricane prep....beautiful but humid day, but if you live in FL, you've got to expect that in SEPT.....

Nervous energy needs outlet - biking, running, walking, cleaning the house....unfortunately eating has become another crutch.

protected from hurricanes because the American Indians who once lived here knew it was a safe place, which is why they decided to live here.




Damn if the Natives didn't know what they were talking about.....

today I might run, bike, or just enjoy life in Tampa Bay doing something enjoyable.
