When you sell millions of homes, not everyone is going to share a positive experience. There are always a few bad experiences or instances.

In MY instance, everything is great. Consumers need to be smart and do their research. If it fits into what they are looking for, than go for it. If you aren't happy after your research, than simply buy elsewhere.

Either way, I know what I paid for my house and what it included. I know what my neighbors paid with other builders, and I know what they did NOT get. And they are the ones having quality issues - not me.

I just received Lennar's weekly specials newsletter and it states the following about their new homes, "All of our homes come standard in the kitchen with granite countertops and undermounted side by side stainless steel sink with Moen pull out sprayer faucet, recessed lighting in kitchen, 42" cabinets with crown molding, full GE appliance package- side by side fridge/glass top range/spacesaver microwave/dishwasher all stainless steel. We also include washer and dryer, 2" faux wood pvc blinds throughout home, 18x18 ceramic tile floors in kitchen/baths/foyer/laundry, automatic garage door opener, granite countertops and upgraded wall tile in the master bath, rounded corner bead and two tone paint throughout the home, alarm system with all windows and doors having contacts."
