There are quite a few nice 55+ mobile home parks here in Lakeland. Foxwood Village is setup so as you exit the community you enter the North side shopping district. Sam's Club and Lakeland Square Mall are basically down the street. Cypress Lakes is just North of where I live and is a few minutes out into the quiet country.
