Most of the time these kinds of stories are buried or not even reported in the MSM. Always nice to see the bad guys get whats coming to them. Glad she had a gun for her protection, wonder if the two bad guys bought their guns legally?

Not really a stand your ground type of shooting is it?A cursory look seems like vengeance/vigilante type of thing?.....wonder if involuntary manslaughter charges will be brought up later. If they were fleeing in the car, she really didn't need to shoot for her own protection, did she?

......if not against criminal law, I bet there's a lawyer in FL who'll take her to civil court on behalf of the family.

A forcible felony as defined by Florida Statute is:

776.08 Forcible felony.—“Forcible felony” means treason; murder; manslaughter; sexual battery; carjacking; home-invasion robbery; robbery; burglary; arson; kidnapping; aggravated assault; aggravated battery; aggravated stalking; aircraft piracy; unlawful throwing, placing, or discharging of a destructive device or bomb; and any other felony which involves the use or threat of physical force or violence against any individual.
