I interested in moving to Florida Hudson, Brooksville or somewhere in that area. I am looking for a 55 plus community that doesn't have strict rules and where you own your on land. Lots of things to do within the community. I looking for a safe place and close to shopping and restaurants.

Lots of rough areas in Hudson so shop before buying. But it is dirt cheap.

What part of Kentucky are you moving from?
Understand that most (not all) parts of West Pasco County are very, very rough and/or in poor condition. If you're looking at properties online and they seem like a bargain, that's why.

What's your reason for choosing that part of Florida? If you're not tied to it, there are some 55+ places a little south of Tampa.

I'm not tied to that location. Thought I would get home sick for Kentucky if I got down too far in Florida. I just want to make sure its safe and stuff to do for seniors.
