Have a source for that? Was misspelling included in that quote?

He's making it up. Brandon doesn't have a police chief. Brandon doesn't have its own police force. Brandon isn't a city.

Manic has a tendency to exaggerate his opinions on other areas of Tampa Bay. Instead of calling him out constantly it much easier to go with his lead.

More community development by Brandon.Seems like big box stores and these types of places is all Brandon is capable of. One big eyesore. I guess every metro area needs a suburb that fulfills the role, but imo, Brandon is one of the ugliest, commercial areas in the region. Guess it's too late to do anything about SR 60 and the Brandon environs.....

Brandon is just like every other U.S. burb. Ugly.

Best Buy, Lowes, TJ Maxx, Starbucks, Taco Bell, McMansions, a crapload of traffic.

Tottaly off topic but years ago when Brandon was what I still consider to be "country" we'd drive through Brandon to get to Lithia and rent canoe's from the Canoe Outpost that's on Lithia Pinecrest and the Alafia River (just past Riverhills/Fishhawk).
I know you like to kayak so just wondering if you've been down that section of the Alafia?
