We are considering moving into the Wesley Chapel area and are looking at homes in Seven Oaks and Meadow Pointe. Any feedback on those schools? Are the truly considered the more desirable school? Our family’s priority (in order of ranking) is 1- Top Notch schools 2- subdivisions with lots of children and planned activities 3- affordable housing (250-275K range). We are a family of 3 moving from GA.

Are these really the best schools in the area or is it just hype?
Is it true that they are overcrowded or are people exaggerating?
Is it true some kids have classes in pods due to overcrowding?
If I move into seven oaks am I guaranteed a spot at the elementary?

Sorry for all the questions and thank you for any feedback- its appreciated!
