To OP, actually, the driver who was slow poking in front of you with that sticker on his car, was actually breaking most state laws , you should have simply called the police with his license plate number, and report the driver as a traffic hazard, yes I said traffic hazard because it was in fact that.

On St Rd 54 there are many left lane exits but this car didn't take any of them just driving slow and making sure he was constantly in a spot so nobody could pass.
Even at the crossing of 41 when I thought he finally would take a left, he went straight ahead. When we passed him in the middle lane we were saw in our rear mirror how the entire lane was empty up to his car for at 150 foot or more. Unbelievable selfish. Nothing funny about that sticker.
