That is one tall order. Most places serve shrimp cold. Shells has some good seafood.

I know the Colonnade has 'fresh' seafood. The grouper is wonderful.

Berns is amazing. Make room for dessert so you can go upstairs into the dessert area, that is, AFTER you get the kitchen and wine cellar tour! It's a full evening!

Default Hotels

Can anyone recommend a good hotel to base an apartment search? We're looking to stay somewhere in the city center with a resort feel if possible. By resort feel I mean lots of ammenities, restaurants, a nice gym. We theorized about staying somewhere cheap, but all the inexpensive hotels look like fleabags. We'd be driving around South Tampa, Davis and Harbour Island. Cushiest hotel in Tampa?

The Marriott Waterside is really nice and it gets good reviews! Their restaurants are good as well.
