It's important to note that the people commenting represent a very silent minority.

Important to note the change in laws going into effect. Keep information like this handy. Screen shots of said threats should be reported to the police as acts of terrorism.

In addition to creating NOISE pollution, fireworks dramatically increase air pollution, boosting exposure to potentially dangerous pollutants for millions of people.

The level of particulate matter, or small pollutants like dust, dirt and soot present in the air, increases by 52% on average across the U.S. on the Fourth of July. Air conditions are at their worst between 9 and to 10 p.m. on the day of the holiday.

So go ahead, light up your stupid fireworks, and take a REAL DEEP BREATH!

It figures that the poorest people have the most fireworks. I understand about the dogs who can’t take the explosions all night. I don’t like it either.

There is always a group of people that will whine and complain about anything on any subject, Some of these people whining about fireworks will be shooting them off with the best of us on the 4th.

Really? Thanks for pointing that out. I would have never thought that was the case had you not been so kind as to assist me and the community with that observation....
