pretty rural area near Brandon/Riverview, the people I know who live there say traffic is horrible commuting to Tampa each day.

Default Litiha is terrific!

Lithia is a very fast growing community South of Tampa. It is perfect for young families and offers everything one could possibly need! A rated schools and just 15 miles from downtown Tampa, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to catch a theatre performance if one so chooses!

Fish Hawk is only one part of Lithia. It's a family-oriented neighborhood/community with its own shopping center, schools, etc.

The real Lithia is a farm town. People still ride horses on the side of the road. It's a small haven for rural folks. It has been encroached upon by development (Fish Hawk, River Hills, etc.) along with the vast majority of rural Florida towns. Not all of the farmers have sold out, but by the looks of things, eventually Lithia will be all subdivisions.
