I'm looking to move to the Spring Hill area. I am aware that there are a lot of sink holes in this area. I believe there are 4 diffent zip codes for this town. Does anyone know what area is better than others to live?

My son also works in the country club industry. When looking, they are
every where. Can anyone suggest some of the better ones to work at?

My last guestion; is there another area I should be looking to live where the area is good in order to find a home that is still within the 135,000 to 160,000 dollars for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an in ground pool with a fenced yard?

Thank you!

I live in 34608.

Houses are selling quickly here. That's a tough budget for those specifications.

A 3/2 house with a pool and fenced yard sold on my street for $178k. Another that was much nicer but without a pool or fenced yard just sold for $188k.

When moving to Spring Hill, stay east of Mariner Blvd. There are lots of decent houses for under 160k, but finding one with a (useable) pool might be tough.

There are sinkhole maps you can look at online that show you where the most activity is. I would stay away from the Pristine Place neighborhood, their nickname is “Sinkhole City.”

As far as country clubs go, the only one I’m aware of is Silverthorn.

West of Mariner is fine, as long as you are north of Northcliffe.
