I am looking for a gulf front 2/2 condo for a vacation/investment property. Do you have any advice on which properties are worth taking a closer look at? Also, I'm trying to stay under $250K if that's possible. Thanks!

good luck finding one, you may but I'm in the middle of a sale just now, and it's an older 2/2 gulf front, 7 day rental/pool/1200 sq ft approx and we got the sellers down to $375,000
Be sure that what you buy you can rent. There are some condos under $250k but they are not at the beach, they are on golf near the beach, good for renting maybe to golfers and snowbirds who like the quieter off the main drag property. There are some fractional shares, but that's probably not what you want. You should work with a realtor here, we know the beaches well and what buildings you can do what with in the way of minimum rental periods, rules, facilities etc.
Good luck to you

Not gonna happen, not for $250,000. Probably not for $350,000

You can get a nice house in the suburbs for $250K.
