I have a single female looking at houses in Seminole Heights and Riverside Heights. Her concern was the safety aspect of living there. She lives currently on the edge of Riverside Heights and has some problems but she is very close to Boulevard.

I know each of these neighborhood vary drastically by their proximity and the surrounding houses, but I was curious as to what people felt like was a safer neighborhood or a better neighborhood.

I am torn... I personally like Seminole Heights because it has more bungalow style homes but I also like the streets better in Riverside Heights.

Just looking for some new opinions here.

Steve

As a former resident (native born) of Tampa I say Riverside Heights, hands down. Seminole Heights is charming, but it has way too many problems, would not recommend for a single female.

JMO, of course.
