I like Arco Iris and La Teresita. For Cuban sandwiches and/or media noches, I like La Ideal. Bring cash, they don't take cards. (Or at least they didn't the last time I was there.)

As I said before Arco Iris is truly cuban food.
However, if you want something more fancy try Boizao, a brasilian rest near the International Mall. A churrasqueria is a spectacle of delicious meats served to you at different times. It is more expensive , though.

Arco Iris any day of the week over Teresita.
From what I have heard Brocato's Sandwich Shop on Columbus Drive has the best cuban food in Tampa

If you want Churasco cheap - eat lunch in Brandon on hwy 60, just east of Tampa for $8 a person. Place is maybe 8 - 10 blocks east of Brandon Mall,.
