Springhill is 10 years behind west Pasco. Lots of drugs and bums. Not much worse than TNC on avg. But at least you can buy homes for under 60k in west Pasco while anywhere in Tampa is double or more.

Trinity/Odessa area is the place to be! Have lived in the area since 1993 and just finished building our third house in Starkey Ranch!

Just live in a private community with live guards. Order your food online and have it delivered to you. You should be safe in your safe house.

But are there a lot of monsters dwelling under the beds in this area? If I don’t cover my foot with the blanket will they bite it off?

Trinity is money, you have to have money to live there, especially Starkey Ranch!! I own a home in NPR for 5 years now and I do not like it, the schools are good in the trinity area, but in the NPR area not so good.

Don't move anywhere that the schools are bad...even if you are not using them...Why? Those poorly educated kids are going to be the ones that you will have to deal with on a daily basis and it won't be pleasant...Yes you will get more for your money housewise but your quality of life will suffer in other ways...
