How many people actually read each and every piece of paper they're handed in a closing?

I do. And if the title agent gets huffy (which I have only had happen once) my attorney tells them to knock it off.

We are 51 and 52 and we lived in Boca for 4 years loved it, We moved to this coast 2 years ago needless to say my husband and I prefer Delray Beach as we are looking for a little something there and since our adult children are here on this coast and our son is getting married we will be going back and forth

I wouldn't move to Florida.
We're full!
Minimum wage is $8.46 an hour, rent is 2k a month. You'd need 3 roommate's, a YouTube channel and a Sugar Daddy to make it here.

I'd consider South Carolina.

I like western NC. I'm getting kind of tired of FL. But it's cheap enough living here if you're done working and just relaxing and enjoying life.

North Carolina has SO MANY Floridians there now, you might as well call it North Florilina.
Time for Floridians to find a new escape route. North Carolina is full.
