Lutz, Odessa, or Trinity. It would be a reasonable commute. Most of Lutz and Odessa are covered by McKitrick and Martinez. That is a good school district. Trinity has many new homes; rapid development. However, I am a little less certain about the schools.

Oh my. A commute is one thing but I'm thinking driving back and forth from Brandon to NPR would get old real fast. Over 45 miles each way.

Some nice homes not far east of NPR around Highway 54. It would be a nitemare driving from Brandon to NPR everyday ray. 1.5 hours easy one way. And if there is a wreck forget it.

Yeah North Tampa isn't that close to New Port Richey - I live in North Tampa now (Northdale Carrollwood) we really like it here. I used to live in Palm Harbor and once you get past Tampa road 19 is always a crawl because of so many constant stop lights, it's ridiculous how long it takes to travel a few miles especially with traffic. You would probably be better living in New Port Richey, I worked with a guy who lived up in Trinity which is technically part of the city but inland more and seems to be the nicer area of town.

I agree Trinity would be your best bet! Maybe the East area of Tarpon Springs (34688).
