I am in need of a 3 month rental, preferably a single family house. New Tampa, Wesley Chapel or Land O Lakes area. Do they offer such a thing? Every place I call states 7 or 12 months. Any help would be appreciated.

I just moved to the area myself. Worked as a travel nurse for a while so 3 month, fully furnished rentals is all I lived in.
Try the website Furnishedfinder.com Many of them are actually airbnbs but you can get an entire place that is turn key for yourself with all utilities/etc included.
My current apartment is just that and is a 7 month lease in St Pete. I was told by my realtor that the reason for that is in the state of FL, any lease that is less than 6 months has a 13 (I think) % tax applied to it. So to get around that a lot of short term leases are written as a 7 month lease but have it written in the clause that you can terminate your lease after 3 months with no penalty.
Hope this helps!

Thank you. I will have to ask the 7 month leasers if I can break after 3. That would actually give me some flexibility to go over 3 if need be.

There is an option on the search bar that can limit your search to “own unit”. There obviously are options for a room in a house as well as a hotel room too. Again, this is how I got my current 1 bedroom apartment. There are pretty good options on that site
