Getting worse by the year on rain and above normal temps. Just look at the last 10 years and see how many more days of above normal vs below normal temps we have had. Over the next 30 years we will see less and less rain as winters go away. We only get rain from fronts in the fall thru spring and with no more winters we will be very dry most of the year.

Thank you TT. I am aware there is flooding in south Tampa, so that is out. I am trying to take everything into account before I decide where to buy my house. Right now I am very much leaning toward northern Clearwater.

I lived in Clearwater and worked in TPA- not sure if 19 is fixed yet - but in bad weather going from Clearwater to Tpa on 60 or the causeway is horrible with the flooding. You will know if have to pay flood insurance in the property you looking at. Good luck. It’s been a while since was there - but still have a lot of friends keep in contact with regularly.

I won't be going into Tampa for anything other than an occasional football game, so I won't have to worry about that too much. They have completely rebuilt 19, so it is much different than when you were here.

If you don't call getting rain at least 3 times a week all the time I don't know what you would call it.

Before the last week, I have not had rain at my place in the last 3 months. I don't know where you live but if you are getting rain 3 times a week then count your blessings.
