And one of these days I will be back there again..Up and Down Gulf Blvd from Clrwtr Bch to Pass A Grill back and Forth, nothing cooler than all those beaches.

If you move to Pinellas, factor in the cost of private schooling. You can do the research and see why this is true.

Palm Harbor area for a young family...good public schools...Safety Harbor is also great not sure about schools though...

I've lived and worked (at a front-line position, encountering the entire spectrum of the population) in Pinellas now for a couple years, and I've yet to get the impression that the average education among the general population of non-transplanted locals is any better or worse than anywhere else in this country.

Many places in Pinellas where TRAFFIC is non existant. It's not Levy County nor Dade or Broward or Hillsborough for that matter.

Amazingly both our kids did well in public schools, both attended college and both have careers now. The Florida Schools are not the best, but too many people blame the schools and not the parents who seem to think success is down to schools only.
There are some brilliant programs in many schools both sides of the Tampa Bay. Pinellas is busy for sure, but its also packed with many places of interest, lots of theatre, cultural centers, outdoor events, tons of water sports and access to water/beaches and two airports in close reach to most parts of the county. Just steer clear of flood zones as insurance can only go up and up.

There is no place in the county with no traffic as you don't know at all. I drive it everyday jay and know what is going on.
