Hello Everyone,

Looking for recommendations on subdivisions or areas in Riverview FL to relocate to. Looking for a new construction home or fairly new in this area. Doesnt really matter to me that its not close to beaches. But looking for an affordable home at around 300k or less, diversity, good schools, nearby stores or amenities, pool homes if possible, no flooding etc.

You're near the bottom of the range for new construction freestanding homes in the area, no pool.

Schools in the area are average and will continue to be until it's built out. A lot of legacy areas being drawn from that will prevent them for being better for some years.

Limited to no diversity in new construction for the most part.

Try Googling for new construction and use a map to see where things are located. Understand that the infrastructure in this area is far behind the development curve, so expect poor roads and a lot of traffic.
