Oh goody a Westchase(r) I would like to know....is it clean? no roaches right? is there a fitness center? how are the people there? pool? shopping centers nearby? What are your favorite features of where you live and would you ever leave Westchase for....The Preserve or Tucany Bay? One more
What make Westchase a desirable place to live? And then in comparison to the other ones mentioned?

Westchase has a small shopping center with a Publix grocery, restaurants and a starbucks. Oh wonderful do you know anything about Mobbly Bay or Tucany Bay? I'm trying to decide which one is worth the money and everything for me will be discounted the highest Ill have to pay is $500 no matter where I move b/c of the college
which is an upside to expensive living
but nevertheless I want to get the most out of my money!!!

I have never lived in any of them, but Mobbly Bay is further away and you have to deal with Hillsborough traffic. Tuscany is a little further away too. The Preserve had the best rating on a apartments website.

I can't imagine anything in the $500 range in those communities. As previously mentioned, it is an upscale area.
