Would 60 and 56 be too young there?

I hope to never step foot there again. I once lived in that area, never again.

I am sorry, I just saw this. No, that is not too young. I was 54 and hubby was 57 when we first bought into our place. There is generally a smattering of different ages, it is wonderful!

East Lake has a much more upscale feel to it. Not to say Trinity is bad at all, but there is a clear drop once you cross the county lines.

I had family that used to live in New Port Richey back in the 80s. I loved visiting it. It was a beautiful place. I haven't been recently, but if I get a chance, I'd love to see it now and bring back those cherished memories of younger years!

You would likely be disappointed. A great deal of NPR is a real pit anymore.

Go a little farther south to Holiday and you get to experience the post-apocalyptic landscape.

Just crazy what they want for a home now in a crappy hood in Port Richey. It was all redone and they are asking 315k. Back in 2012 it was worth around 20k. And it is a small 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Hate to see what flood Ins cost since it west of US19.
