If you are looking move to Pinellas County and you want the average of what everyone will answer when you ask what area you should move to, here it is:

Move somewhere between Sunset Point Rd to the South and Klosterman Rd to the North.

Sunset Point Road becomes Main street in Safety Harbor.

Sunset Point road is south of Dunedin.

Yes of course. I meant to say:

Push all the people into Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Palm Harbor.

Default Well, after a ton of research

We're in contract on a home in Clearwater. We're 68 and 74 years old (as amazing to us that this is a truth).
As owners of a successful restaurant business throughout Los Angeles, then Orange County, then San Diego County in Southern California, we've had it with the constant bombardment of laws, lockdowns and the 11 audits from every tax agency in the USA and California.
Right now, I am again fighting with the IRS.
Try calling these guys. Hours of repeat dialing to talk to someone, repeatedly getting a recording that they're too busy to answer.
I'm stubborn and keep dialing.
Because they're threatening me with an $18k bill that we do NOT owe.
We personally think that Newsom, Pelosi and Shiff are the most corrupt politicians.
Add Joe Biden to that list.
In our opinion, fight back.
Get out of Democrat run States.
They are all failing as a place to run a business, educate your children or protect you from crime and violence.
This is why people are fleeing.
