this is EXACTLY what Sternberg is doing - he's going to make a killing (money-wise) out of this deal moving the team to Ybor/Tampa.....his return on the dollar that he and his group invested on the Rays is going to pay off big time when he moves the team into a new stadium then eventually sells the team for a hefty profit.

I've been anti Rays in Ybor since day one. It's a stupid investment for the area.

AKA? I don't think that means what you think it means lol. And no, I've never helped anyone destroy an area. I work primarily with owner occupants. How are locals being priced out? It's actually a really affordable area still and "locals" are more than welcome to contact me to find out how much it costs to live there. It's funny that you would complain about an area that has been viewed as undesirable and problematic in the past, now being gentrified and improved by the new development and influx of people investing in the area. I understand you're not in the industry, so perhaps we could discuss it further over coffee? I'd be happy to explain why people investing in improving Ybor is a good thing.

All the Ray do is lose. Sell em to another state, why should the tax payer deal with them and a move to another ball park. What a waste building the one they use back in 1987.

And all those people were lost, homeless, drunk, high, or all the above. So, really it was about 74 people.
