That's a shame because I would LOVE to live in Spring Hill instead of Tampa. The homes up there are nicer, newer, bigger and you get a "real" yard.

I just honestly could not handle the commute to Tampa everyday for work. If I could land a job up there making close to what I make down here, we'd move to Spring Hill in a flash!

Honestly, the Suncoast Parkway, with the help of a Sunpass, makes that fairly painless. Some parts of the country have it much worse for commuting.

Default Florida Realtor

Most discount Realtors are out of business. In this competitive market you will want to focus on the marketing you are getting from your Realtor. Homes are still selling, but the key is the right price. Good luck, Angela

Ang in FL is right. Also, at a time like this, you get what you pay for. Just make sure the realtor you hire isn't going out of business, answers their phones on weekends, works on weekends and doesn't start arguments w/prospective buyers. Oh, and if she's real young and cute, she'll tell you that she "just got to the waterpark" sheesh, to think you might want her to answer her phone on weekends or show your house. Oh, and the upgraded sod you bought, she'll (hint: brrr, cold) tell you AFTER it's gone bad not while you can still save it.

There are a bunch of winners out there. BE REAL CAREFUL. W's the way to go.
