OK. So, I've been using the Mini Sun Pass for millions and millions of years and I am pretty thrilled with it. No complaints at all. Here's the thing, though. It's gotten old. And people have tried to rip off (physically, not like a con) the thing from my windshield. So now I need a new one. I have one problem, though. Thieves could not rip off the sticker because it's practically glued to my glass at the sub-atomic level. How do I get rid of the old one so I can stick a new one? I would much rather stick the thing on the glass rather than on another sticker, considering how it bonds to the glass like super-glue.

Try a razor scraper and Goo-Gone to remove the residue.

I just sold my 10-yr old car and Carmax (who I sold it to) just peeled it off from the windshield. I was under the impression that the sticker (mini) didn't work after it has been peeled off. BTW, if it ever is stolen, you can easily inactivate it online.

I decided to buy a transponder for my newer car. I didn't like seeing the sticker plus the new car has the antennae in the windshield. The transponder now is very small, unlike the old ones. And I think it is battery free. But it can be stolen easily. Cost about $24.

Just looked at my itemized bill for a trip to Raymond James Stadium and back via the Selmon $5 - that's a little steep imo- didn't realize I was being billed that much every time I take the Selmon (and back). Might have to think about taking a non-toll roadway in the future to get to the stadium.

I bought a transponder yesterday, mainly because I have a company vehicle which is leased. So, I didn't want to worry about having to peel off the mini sticker every few years.

I had the transponder a couple years ago and was glad to get the sticker. No matter how spotless I kept my windshield the thing kept falling off. The sticker has been much easier for me.

Are you guys mounting the sticker on the inside of the windshield or out? Much less wear and tear when its on the inside.
