Hi,
Does anyone know any good house maid service keeper/company in Wesley Chapel/New Tampa? We are living in appx 2500 sq ft home. I have no idea how much I should expect to pay. We are hoping to find it at a reasonable charge. If anyone has any idea I will appreciate your suggestions/help.

There are many listed on Craigslst but be careful. We were stood up by the first (who came with very good references) and then the 2nd one who showed up did a mediocre job. My recommendation is to find a company, not a person who works for themselves. There is more acountability there. The service industries, from servers in restaurants to house cleaners is VERY subpar here. Too many laid back sunshine attitudes....thats fine when you're not working but not when someone is paying you!

I have always believe in giving business to the small business owner. Now more than ever where all business are hurting.
Ask around your neighbors or co workers if they have somebody that;s good. I got somebody 3 years ago from Craig's lists and she is still doing my cleaning . She is excellent but doesn't have any days empty.
Big companies like Maids, etc. will charge more everywhere.
Good Luck!!

Another option is to join Angie's List for Tampa Bay and check it for cleaning services. I use Angie's List quite a bit when I need a service.

Yourself! 2500sqf is not that much to clean, and no one will do a better job that YOU!

Make sure, you pay min. Fl wage, and have insurance and the person has legal documents to work...if not hiring a company... if not...
