I currently live in a 1br , 1bath apartment where the water is included. I soon will be moving to a new apartment same size at a different location in Tarpon springs. What should I figure for the cost of water monthly? Just one resident (me).

Depending on how much you use, some people are more conservative than others with their shoers, laundry, etc. Also, is it billed by the City of Tarpon or Pinellas County? This matters because they might include the garbage pick up on the bill. The water bill portion should be somewhere around $50/month.

Default water bill

Thanks, but wow that seems like a lot for 1 person. I better check with the landlord and see what the previous bills for water have been.
thanks!

50$ a month is an average city water bill almost anywhere in Fla., it's not just water, but sewer and wastewater are included. So count on about $50.

My water bill is approximately $20 a month. Then again, I live in a studio apartment, so my water and sewage usage isn't as high.

Problem is, the company that bills me isn't flexible, and if I'm not careful, I find myself having to pay a lot more in late fees.

I've seen my share of water bills. It really depends on the person and the house. At my previous apartment, it was fixed at $40/month. Then, I lived in a 4 bedroom house for a year and had an average water bill of around $110/month. In my new residence, the water bill is back down to $50/month.
