Hi everyone! I'm relocating to FL and going to to work in Clearwater. I'm looking for a good place to live (low crime, goods schools), I though of Pasco County but don't know what places are good and it's hard to get an honest opinion from the realtors. Can anyone please
offer opinions and advice on good places to live in Pasco County and surrounding areas?

Thank you all so much!

Pasco will take you 1 hour on a Sunday. MUCH longer on weekdays. Look in Clearwater... it's a huge area with lots of different places to live. I would try to stay close to where you work so half your life isn't wasted sitting around in your car lol.

Having lived in clearwater area for 20 plus years . I would have to say I liked Seminole Area the best. Rasied 2 small kids there before moving to VA. Don't like VA that much and is now looking to move back

not sure where you are going to be working in clearwater, but an economical place to live & decent area is largo around starkey or seminole rd. it's really going to depend on how much $$ you have. if you have enough $$ it won't be difficult to live in a decent area.

I'd stay in VA, too much crime in all of Forida. It's ranked #2 in the country.

ranked number 2 in the country? that's not what i read. should ppl not move to tn b/c it's ranked higher than fla? no. it all depends on where you live. i have neighbors all around me, and a few are from va. a va plate in fla is pretty common, atleast in the orlando area. just my 2 cents.
