It sure makes it hard to clean roofs
I own Moderator cut: edit: a roof cleaning company , and the wind is already starting from the outer bands.
As long as the storm keeps moving, we will be ok.
It was when a tropical storm stalled that we had problems.
Too much rain makes trees unstable, and very little wind needed to bring them down.

we will fill the tubs with water but beer is a must!

I'm not worried about the hurricane I'm worried about my grandfather oak and the rain. They neighbors oak fell a few months back from to much rain ...but what are you gonna do? ...maybe we will live in a tree house after this.
