I have been wondering from the locals in these areas, which would be better for a 24 year old recent college graduate. I want to be in an area with people my age, but also be where more job opportunities are. Any help would be appreciated.

Also what are some good areas in St. Pete to live for someone my age? I hear the gandy area and downtown are two options.

St. Pete. No contest. Larger city, MUCH larger metro area, younger demographic, more to do, more attractive area, etc., etc.
