I had Verizon FIOS in my old house. I now have Brighthouse. For $99 I get 15mb Roadrunner high speed and Cable TV as well as phone service. That smokes Verizon's deals. Verizon is notorius for overbilling, and the FIOS internet service is actually SLOWER than Roadrunner. I did a speed test on Speedtest.net and verified that. Plus, Verizon FIOS TV service is kind of a pain in the ass, although the High Def channels definitely smoke Brighthouse. So, if you don't care for HDTV, and are looking exclusively for internet, phone and TV, then go with Brighthouse. They are a lot easier to deal with and at least their prices are right on.

Brighthouse is SO much better than Verizon. I always had a problem with Verizon! & they keep charging me for things I didn't receive, like their internet & cable service which they never hooked up. Best bet is to go with Brighthouse.

I also agree with the previous posters. I had Fios and changed to Brighthouse, with HDD , It works just fine and is less troublesome.
