Since people are getting great information about whether or not to move here and to what areas, I just thought I'd throw that out there. We are getting ready to move out of state and haven't gotten to the point of listing the house yet. Still a few more odds and ends to finish up.

Anyway, it's a great house on almost 2/3 acre in an older neighborhood of lovely custom homes. We are very convenient to I-4 and I-75 as well as Hwy 60 and the Crosstown. We also have a workshop, pool and basement.

Any takers?

Default The basement

Yeah, I thought the basement might raise a few eyebrows I thought it was a door to the coat closet when we looked at the house! It is a very well built home with excellent drainage, so water isn't a problem anymore. It did take on some water before we bought it because the french drains were clogged. Blew them out and no more water! It's a great 1400 square foot space with room for 8ft ceilings. I'll be happy to post pics and a price around the middle of next month. I have to figure out how first...
