My Dad is interested in spending the winter in Dunedin. I have been trying to locate a 1 bedroom unit in a 55+ community. He has just decided to get away from the snow for awhile and I am having a difficult time locating something nice that he can spend from mid-January through the end of March.

I have friends who are selling a one bedroom currently furnished condo, not in Dunedin, but just by Indian Rocks (walk in 10 mins slowly to beach), right next to shops, buses, very well kept and nice development. It's ground floor too, very quiet, extremely safe and very nice. They may rent it as the market is slow. direct mail me if you are interested. I have no clue what they would ask by they way, but can put you in touch with them.
