I have found what seems to be a good winter rental in Downtown St Pete but am unsure of the area. anyone who lives downtown or knows it well might be able to help me.

It is: MOFFET CT @ 8TH ST N

We are looking for a safe and walkable area that is close to cafe's, pubs and trendy interesting shops.

Thank you very much

I believe thats right near Mirror Lake, about 8 blocks west of the Bay, right near the end of the I-375 ramp. Im not too familiar with that area, most everything you need in downtown St. pete is within blocks of there...will you be visiting before renting??

I love Dunedin..a very quaint small town, nice Main Street with great restaurants and shops, lots of small festivals in the area..Pinellas Trail runs directly through Main Street, a few blocks off the Intracoastal waterway, and within a 5-10 min drive to Honeymoon Island and the Gulf Beaches.
