Has anyone ever lived at this apartment complex? My husband and I are moving to Clearwater and this is one of the places that we are looking at living. If anyone can help me out, I would really appreciate it...thanks to everyone!

If you don't get anybody here familiar with it you might check on ApartmentRatings.com. I saw somebody who writes a review there. It is not too good, but then it is only one person....

Hi
Myself,Wife & son lived in the Bayside Arbors in 2004/2005. We moved there from Ireland and found it a very safe place to live. The Clearwater Mall is only a 5 min walk. So unlike a lot of places in Florida. You do not have to Drive everywhere. Also the Bus service on SR19 and SR60 are very useful if you do not want to bring the car to the beach or Country side mall. The aparments are not that big. But we enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.
Best of luck

www.apartmentratings.com & www.apartmentreviews.com

Take these sites with a grain of salt, most people go on there to complain, but it might give you some insight.

I lived at Bayside Arbors in early 2000s. My family loved it. Not only is it a nice community, it is conveniently located. They have added a security gate since I lived there. I think BA is a good decision. You won't be disappointed.

The only negative experience I had was the 'red tide'; a crazy algae phenomenon that kills fish. BA is located on the bay. When the red tide came and killed the fish, it created a terrible stench. Obviously, that was out of BA control, but I remember it happening on several occasions.
