You're right about having a comfortable place to visit - hope a Barnes and Noble bookstore (or Borders) is set up in the area. As for coffee, I'm an addict. And as a future retiree, I have to resist the temptation to pay $2/cup, three or four times a week. I know some people that probably spend over $600/yr in Starbucks coffee.

Look at the police beat in the Lee & Collier county newspapers. We're catching up with you guys! I live on a quiet side street near the Gulf of Mexico and never used to lock my doors. Now I get woken up at 2AM by police sirens, high speed chases, and the sound of police helicopters. Yet we have "no crime" here in Paradise!
