This is excellent info, thanks, what are the cross streets along south howard ave that you would consider good areas to live? Just by looking at the map this looks like a good central location to live.

Listen Boss I am a 30 yr old man and if you ask me the best place to live in Tampa is SOHO area or Hyde Park little pricey but worth every penny. STAY OUT of YBOR area unless you like the whole hood rat and thug thing.

Hi there

Ybor has great restaurants, cigar and tatoo shops and a Saturday morning market.
South Tampa is more trendy, and where you will find a lot of young professionals, bars and great restaurants.
Downtown Tampa/Channelside has some highrises and is currently trying to build a downtown community. Close to Bayshore for running etc and close to South Tampa bars.
Also look at Downtown St Pete. Very cute area, has a great downtown community with outdoor restaurants and nightlife. More laid back than the South Tampa crowd.
All areas are great! It just depends what fits your personality!
