So I just moved to clearwater with my buddy and we dont know anyone or anything to do.. We just checked out clearwater beach which looked amazing, but its cold out at the moment.. What are some good clubs or areas that are balls to wall nuts.. im 21 and looking to party a bit haha.. I heard Ybor City is pretty good? Any clubs/bars by clearwater?

Also, I have a friend that is going to stay with my for awhile but she is only 20, so is there anything we can all do together? Clubs that allow under 21 people in??

Thanks for any help!!!!!!!!!!

Hate to tell ya man, but don't count on a whole lot of partying in Clearwater. There just isn't much there. This is pretty much true for all of Pinellas County as it's just not a very progressive area. The strip clubs are full nude in Tampa and the bars are open later, so everyone who has any plans for serious partying usually ends up over there.

Tampa, especially Ybor, is your best bet. That is a great party area especially for clubs and bars. Downtown St.Petersburg has some options, but nothing like Tampa.

Feel free to shoot me a PM if you need anymore info. I live in Clearwater just south of Gulf to Bay.

There used to be a club in downtown Clearwater called Liquid Blue but I believe they changed the name to The Majestic. It sounds like it's for people older than 21 but you might want to check it out. If worst comes to worst just go buy a six pack and party by yourself. Works for me.

I always liked Mugs n Jugs, nice little sports bar, some pool tables, good food, down where 19 splits off into 66th St. Keep it mellow, Pinellas got more cops per sq. mile than anyplace I know, don't booze and cruise.

There's another place called Brick Town 54 that's off McMullen Booth.
