Seems the Bay area attracts large amounts of midwesterners. Any enclaves of Minnesotans & South Dakotans there? Would be kinda cool to find some people who know what "squeaky cheese" & "funeral meat" are lol!

AWWW Jewels, that's what I'm thinking I'll be saying some day~Wish we'd have done it years ago.

GAF, we don't live there, but it's true when they say Midwesterners are drawn to that area. We've been through a huge portion of Fla. and the Tampa Bay area was number one to us! Well, St. Pete and area.

Well close enough. I guess that makes you the honorary default South Dakotan representative until further notice.

Hey gaflsc, I grew up in Tampa, currently live in Minneapolis and planning on moving back to Tampa soon. Not sure how it is now, but years ago when I lived there Land o lakes (I know ironic - right...) was a huge midwestern enclave, especially on Dupree lake.

Oh and Florida Mustang, I figured out what squeaky cheese is from a friend - kinda like a Really fresh cheese curd - sorta playdough like texture, but tasted like cheddar cheese (which I didn't really know what was till I went to the famed Minnesota state fair)
